This website is hosted by IONOS. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical access data in server log files. This can include the requested page, date and time of access, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, IP address and requesting provider.
Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the stable, secure and efficient provision of the website.
Informational Website
The current website provides information about Sommelier Series only. It does not include an online shop, booking system, customer account, newsletter registration or payment processing.

Local Fonts
This website uses locally hosted font files for Inter and Playfair Display. When visitors load the website, no connection to Google Fonts is established for font delivery.
Processing is limited to the technical delivery of these local website assets by the hosting provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is a consistent, premium and performant typographic presentation of the website.
Cookies and Local Storage
The current implementation does not set its own cookies and does not use browser local storage or session storage.

The current implementation does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or profiling technologies.
Embedded Media and External Services
The current implementation does not embed YouTube, Vimeo, maps, social media widgets or comparable third-party media services.
Images
Images are loaded as local website assets. Some image sources may originate from Pexels or comparable commercial-free sources. No personal data is transmitted to those image sources when visitors view the website.

Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Server log files are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer required for secure and reliable website delivery, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
